1.  Vermijden van vet in de voeding
2.  Kiezen van mineraalrijke voeding
3.  Kiezen van vitaminerijke voeding
4.  Vermijden zout toe te voegen
5.  Vermijden van geraffineerde voeding
6.  Eiwitarm dieet kiezen.
